Fruit smoothie for two; share with someone you love.
Sharing a recipe for a smoothie is a little like sharing a recipe for soup... It just depends on what's in our kitchen when we get hungry. Lilah and I decided we wanted a "special snack" this afternoon, so we put these together. Chia seeds and Greek yogurt added protein. They're already fat free. I poured them into two thin mason jars and plopped in the special silver straws we save for parties. We toasted to each other and pretended we were at the beach.
Six strawberries, sliced
1/3 heaping cup light strawberry Greek yogurt
3 big scoops of raspberry sherbert
Two frozen peaches, sliced
1 mango, cubed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 toddler size handfuls of blueberries
Blend all of the above.
