1 butternut squash
A few tablsepoons of olive oil
A few tablespoons of cinnammon
A few tablespoons of brown sugar
A couple dashes of salt
I'm sure you can appreciate the precision in this recipe...:)
I also threw in a few cinnamon sticks, mostly because they make the house smell great.
1. Cut squash in cubes.
2. Preheat oven to 425
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
4. Spread the sticky cubes on a baking sheet or two.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Flip the squash and bake for another 20 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
