Comfort Chicken

I have a cold. Aaachhhooo! It's also cold outside. Brrr. Time for some comfort food. This dish is just the trick and it's ready in 40 minutes.

Ingredients:


A couple chicken breasts (buy organic if possible)
A couple cans of creamed soup (cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of celery, it's up to you)
A can of peas
A can of corn
An organic green bell pepper diced is divine, but I didn't have one on hand (optional)
Ten newt potatoes sliced (optional)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:

1. Cut your chicken breasts in half. Place in a Pyrex casserole dish. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.



2. Add all the other ingredients.


3. Stir it up and bake at 400 for 40 minutes.


4. Serve with potatoes and either rice or bread.
